Quaint cape cod home in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. The space Peaceful covered porch to enjoy relaxing outside. Smoking outside only. Guest access Kitchen, living room, and bathroom are shared. Guests do not have access to the basement. During your stay I’ll be available via phone to answer any questions and provide certain amenities. Other things to note I have two listings in my home. Depending on whether or not both listings are booked, additional guests may be present. If I have the pleasure of hosting you, please let me know in advance if the room is intended for more than one person. I dont want to overcrowd shared spaces and therefore I don’t accept two simultaneous bookings for two couples. Also, guests may not entertain other individuals in my home during their stay.
