New Central Air Conditioning was installed in June 2022. The space This is a three-story 1915-era American Four Square Architecture home divided into two units. This listing is for the four-bedroom main house, which is located on the first and second floors. The second unit, which has long-term guests, is located on the third floor. The main house has entrances at the front and rear doors. You will have full access to the backyard and three off-street parking spaces. The second unit has a private entrance on the side of the house. The laundry is located in the basement, which is shared between both units. The main house guests are asked to access the basement Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. The second unit has access from Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Your unit can access the basement from inside the kitchen, and the second unit accesses the basement through the outside entrance located by the back door. This house is 100+ years old, and as such, it has some unique features. The first-floor bathroom was added under the stairs. It has a lower ceiling and is two steps down. The first-floor bedroom has a pocket door that does not close flush and does not lock. A privacy curtain was added to cover the small gap. The back patio is also a shared space occasionally used by the third-floor unit. Guest access Guest have access to the first and second floors, shared basement, front porch, and shared back yard. There is a fourth bedroom on the second floor which is used for storage and is not accessible for guests.
