Charming Texas Farm Sidehouse

The "Sidehouse" is an extension of the HexM Ranch and Farmhouse. Also located on the property are the Longhorn and Stetson cabins(available for rent). The Sidehouse is an independent structure 100 feet from the owner's Farmhouse and provides 2 comfortable rooms and a bathroom. Guests have access to 100 acres of property/exploring/activities(a barn with pool table, basketball, pickleball and laundry) that may be shared with owners or other guests. The space Enjoy a serene walk in the woods, relax on the porch overlooking the hay field or get active at “the big barn” playing pickleball or basketball - whatever your pleasure, there is much adventure to be had. For TAMU Aggie fans, the property is 45 minutes from Kyle field/College Station and is a nice stopping point before or after game day or parent weekend(s). Guest access All property is accessible besides the main farmhouse and garage located close to the Sidehouse. Otherwise, feel free to take a walk or drive along the road/fence line to “the big barn” and enjoy the pool table, laundry facilities, corn hole, ping pong and basketball. Bring your frisbee golf gear and make your way through our nine hole frisbee golf course - or take a walk to the small back pond and take a loop around the perimeter trail of the woods.
