The apartment is located on the first floor of a home in a quiet and upscale neighborhood. With a private entrance, it includes one bedroom, an extra room/den, a fully equipped kitchen, an open living room and dining area, a newly remodeled bathroom, and an outdoor patio. The extra room is equipped with an office desk and nice chair in case you need to get some work done. Additionally, extra room comes with a couch that can be extended into a sofa bed, enough for one person's sleeping space if needed. The living room features a comfortable couch that can also be extended into a sofa bed. Also, included is a smart TV with Netflix streaming available for your perfect movie night-ins. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishware, utensils, coffee maker and a toaster for you to prepare quick breakfasts or home-cooked meals. If you are looking for places to eat out, there are numerous excellent restaurants within very short drives. Complimentary shampoo, hand soap and body wash are provided in the bathroom. A guest laundry room with a washer and dryer is available directly above the unit's stairs. Please ask if you need to access it. You are welcome to use our backyard and the BBQ grill as well as the deck on your level. A gentle note for your safety, we recommend not using the wooden stairs to the lower level of the backyard, as it can be slippery during rainy days. You can park along the road. Just make sure you're not blocking access to the mailbox and any of the driveways. To access the apartment, follow the path on the right side of the house and around the back, you will see a lockbox to the left of the sliding door. Prior to the day you arrive, we will provide you with a code to open the lockbox. There is a key inside to open the sliding door where you enter the apartment. Guest access You will have separate entrance access. A lockbox code is sent to you before your arrival. Backyard and the deck on your level are free for your use.
