Located on the yard of our Prime waterfront home in the heart of Tampa. Look right outside your bedroom/kitchen and look out onto the bay! Walk across the street and go fishing from your front yard! The space This fun retro vintage waterfront camper is the perfect place to experience Tampa Bay. You’ll feel like you’re stepping back in time to 1950s Tampa while you’re looking out onto Tampa Bay. Other things to note PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: 1. Our RV's are located on the side of our home. This RV is hooked up to plumbing and electricity, creating an easy and fun camping experience! 2. Please understand when booking an RV, toilets require minor maintenance every 1-2 days. This includes dropping sanitizing tablets and pulling 2 levers to release the sewage/wastewater tanks to ensure there are no clogs. Not to worry, you won't be getting your hands dirty or experience any displeasing smells. This is just routine RV maintenance to ensure no problems occur during your stay! It's easy! 3. The space comfortably sleeps 4. It contains one queen size bed and two twin bunk beds. The top bunk is not easily accessible by large persons. Although a twin size bed, the top bunk is best suited for small children, as moving in and out can be difficult. 4. Please also note the following: - Please respect neighbors. Quiet hours are between 10pm - 8am. - No parties or unregistered guests. - Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside. If smoking outside, please ensure doors are closed before and during. If evidence of smoking is found in the home, guests will be charged $300 for air remediation. - No unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins. Unauthorized late checkout that results in the delay of our cleaning company will result in a $100 fee. - This is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, and this is also my home. Please be respectful of the property and keep it reasonably clean before you leave. Broken, damaged, stained, or missing items will result in additional charges. - Please acknowledge that we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks as a courtesy for booking our home. However, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables or any allergies that the guest might have.
