This is a delightfully clean and furnished home on an all-sports, 155 acre private lake. A gem if you enjoy fishing, water sports and peaceful living. DTE concert hall, Lakeland ice arena and 3 ski resorts are all minutes away. 50 minutes from downtown Detroit sports arenas Pistons & Red Wings), Greenfield Village, Henry Ford museum, Bell Isle. Biking trails, horse back! Beautiful views. Very quiet and tranquil. The space The property comes with access to three kayaks and one two man kayak. A peaceful, shaded deck faces the lake and is home to extraordinary sunsets and a grill for cooking out. Pack and play is available and high chair upon request 25 dollars a piece.Sailboat upon request 100 a day extra per day. Guest access Enjoy this wonderful super clean space!! Other things to note It is a ranch with three stairs into the home and steps leading down to the lake. Absolutely no parties or large groups. A detailed description of the exact number of guests/visitors and the intended use of the home is necessary when requesting exceptions and license verification. This home has neighbors in very close proximity, so we ask you to adhere to the following rules: Formal quiet hours are observed daily from 10pm - 8am (closely monitored). Noise and/or music during the day should not be disruptive for the neighbors. Please minimize the use of offensive or vulgar language. Repeated or flagrant violations of this policy can result in immediate reservation termination in addition to cancelation fees. No RVs or travel trailers snowmobile trailers are allowed. Please no pet's family members that stay once in a while are highly allergic. You are 100% accountable for the safe behavior of guests during your visit and any bodily harm that may result from their actions. Guests are strongly encouraged to use life jackets on the water. INO DIVING is allowed. By making this Airbnb reservation you assume the inherit risks associated with the use of the home, lake, and related personal property. In consideration of being permitted to use the home, you waive, discharge and covenant not to sue the Owners of this property from liability from all claims, suits, costs, damages and liabilities brought because of your use of the home and to reimburse the Owners for any such expenses. You acknowledge and accept these terms as a precondition of your Airbnb reservation. All watercraft activities will be put away by September 1st. June 1st all watercraft activities will be ready to use. Two adults maximum, if more than two 100 per person per night will be accessed. Pleased tell owner in advance if other guests come to visit.
