This property is located 1/8 of a mile from the Main Street of downtown Winter Park where guests can enjoy a number of shops, restaurants, bars, nightlife and outdoor activities. Once you arrive in the town of Winter Park, there is a free shuttle system that runs every ½ hour providing transportation to the Winter Park Ski Resort, downtown Winter Park and the town of Fraser. From the Denver International Airport, if you rent a car, exit the airport to Interstate 70 West to exit 232. This is Highway 40 and will become Main Street of Winter Park. You can also schedule ground transportation with Home James Transportation via their website – mention that you are a StayWinterPark guest. NO AIR CONDITIONING Electronic door code for entry. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. All guests must complete registration form to provide credit card, email and phone number. Please use contact information inside of the unit to communicate directly with us - these emails and phone numbers are better than the app. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
