Large East Liberty Apartment, Great Location!

Situated on quiet, centrally-located street, our 1,000 sq/ft basement apartment is a great option for those looking to work remotely, or for couples looking to get away for a ski holiday. The large main living/dining room follows an open floor plan and connects to a new, well-equipped kitchen. Two cozy-yet-spacious bedrooms allow up to two couples to sleep comfortably. Nearby shopping and dining options abound, and the world-famous Wasatch ski resorts are only a 40min drive away. The space Our favorite aspect of the unit is light! Yes, its a basement :) But three large windows plus a full egress window in the main bedroom fill the space with natural light. It really makes for a cozy feel! Guest access The majority of the basement area is set side for exclusive use by guests. The laundry room is shared with the owners upstairs, and there is a small utility closet accessed through the unit that is off-limits. Other things to note Most areas in the apartment have high ceilings, but door frames and the main carrying beam may require taller individuals (>6'3") to duck down. We let our dog Kaia out to the yard through the same door as the guest entrance. You might get some gentle doggie kisses on the way in and out :)
