We are pet friendly & have common areas to take your furry friends for walks. We do ask that you keep your pets on a leash for everyone’s safety. The space Right in the heart of dining and shopping and very close to regional park, and the Clubhouse, which offers putt putt golf, arcade, go carts, ice skating, zip lining, obstacle course, on site restaurant and water wars water park area. Regional park offers walking trails, jogging, and biking trails, it also has very large playground, skate board park and small lake for fishing, and a dog park for your furry friends. Guest access There are 2 common areas that are shared by guest. They both have outdoor charcoal grills and table and chairs and are both by waterfalls and ponds. One of them also has a fire pit with sitting area. We also have folding table and chairs, queen air up mattresses, playpen, baby gate, baby bath, blue tooth portable speaker. Other things to note All rentals have coded locks on the front doors and ring doorbells for your security. There is a queen air up mattress in pantry along with extra linens. There are Folding tables and chairs, Bluetooth portable radio, Playpen, baby gates, and baby bath, that is all available upon request. We also have WiFi, Netflix, Direct tv cable and smart TVs available to all our guest.
