The guests can freely use the private pool. However, we make an extra charge for heating the pool and hot tub. The extra charge fee is $75 per night. Thank you POOL HEATER: Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function in weather near freezing temperatures. Pool heat is an optional amenity that’s offered to most of the properties available. It can be added to your reservation at a nightly rate of $75 and should be requested 1-2 days before your check-in. Once pool heat is requested and paid for by the guest, it will be turned on and set to 85ºF - 90ºF. Be aware that pool heat service paid after 4 PM will be turned on on the following day and that the pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather. Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its function efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at some times.) Other things to note -No party or event. If the host watch the camera, and find out the guest does party, the reservation will be canceled right away and the penalty will be apply due to extra cleaning. -No smoking inside of the house. If the host find out that the guest smoke in the house, the extra fee will be charge of $250.
