The dining area can accommodate up to 6. The bedroom has a full bath, a large closet, a dresser, and a new queen bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils. While 90% of the guests don't mind the train, the property is about 30 yards from the tracks and can be noisy when the train passes. Earplugs are provided, Guest access Guests have access to the 1926 N street unit on the left. Guests have access to all parts of the unit, and the back deck and backyard. Parking: While there is one parking space on site, sometimes the parking space will already be taken by another guest staying in the upper unit. There is street parking and paid parking within 1/2 block of the property. If you are staying for a long time, then we can assist you in obtaining a resident permit. Other things to note This is the lower unit of a two story duplex. Security:The exterior of the property is well lit, and the unit is securely enclosed with a wrought iron fence with a security code. And don't forget, the unit has cable and high speed internet. The gate key pad is unlit, so at night, if your phone has a light, you probably need to use the light to see the numbers on the key pad.
