All living areas and 3 of the 5 primary bedrooms are gulf front. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs, DVD players, and their own beautifully tiled bathrooms. All have views of the beach from the bedroom or from their attached decks. A recent upgrade has provided Good Vibrations with inside stairs to the main living area from the carport. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
