Walking into the lobby and experiencing all amenities on the second floor this complex has to offer is truly breath taking. And the convenience of course being able to walk right onto the beach! The complex sits directly on the beach! A beach access mat is conveniently placed onto the walkway during prime season for wheel chair access! Pool now open until further notice. Exercise room open! YES PICKLEBALL at the Capri and equipment available as well. Unit is on 14th floor facing south. Guests are required to do the dishes before departure and preferably not wear shoes on the carpeted areas of the unit! Please be extra careful around the walls when transporting luggage and baggage in and out of the unit not marking the walls with stains in order to keep the unit in it’s excellent shape! Beach carts on wheels are not permitted in the elevators nor in the unit itself. Al beach related toys and items such as umbrellas and beach chairs are to be stored and kept in the assigned unit storage marked 1409 in the parking lot facing north during your stay. The condo itself has all spaces available except the furnace closet and the private closet in the master bedroom closet. I have a storage unit number 1409 facing north in the lower area parking lot as well! Three beach chairs and a lounger are stored in my storage unit along with small surf boards! Please feel free to use them. Please be kind and replace these items if you break them. A common area usage fee applied to every renter. This fee is a weekly charge even if only renting for (1) overnight stay. This fee is to be paid to the security guard upon arrival cash or check $75 year round. Second vehicle if parking space is available $55 weekly charge. But please always sign in on log kept at security guard front desk at main entrance. The unit and building common areas are being sanitized and treated with disinfectant wipes! The hallway thermostat must be kept only on ‘auto’ for the fan visible on upper left corner. You may only adjust the temperature. The refrigerator/freezer temperature is not be adjusted and to be kept solely on level ‘3’ which is the recommended setting otherwise the unit will freeze up and cause damage. Reservations 20 days plus will be charged a Utility usage fee of $275/month due in advance.
