This space includes a large private bedroom, shared 3/4 bath, Wi-Fi, and a driveway parking space. The space Large bedroom featuring a full bed with double mattress, eastern light, smart TV, a ready-to-work desk, an iron and ironing board, closest with hangers, a vintage box fan, and two dressers. All rooms in the house feature art, with this bedroom focusing on animals. All sheets and pillows are new and dedicated to this bedroom, as are the towels. The kitchen features a Keurig-like coffee maker with multiple types of coffee, all of which are available to guests. Cream, sugar, and sugar substitute are also complimentary. Please use coasters in your room or in any other room of the house when drinking a beverage. Guest access Guests will have a locked bedroom and a semi-private 3/4 bath (if there's a third guest in the house or I'm home, this will be a shared space), as well as access to the kitchen, dining, living, and family rooms. Outside features a large patio with with a grill, patio furniture, speakers, and more, all leading to privacy fenced back and side yards. During your stay If I'm not at the house, I'm available by phone, text, and email during your stay! Other things to note Please note: This is a functioning Airbnb, so it may have up to four (4) people in the house at one time. As the home's owner, I may chose to have friends over for dinner or for a movie night when I am at the home. Quiet hours are in effect from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m., but if you have an unusual work or school schedule, please be aware that other guests may have a more traditional work or school schedule when booking the space. If you are a long-term tenant, you will have access to the laundry room once weekly. Guests with pets must either contain their furry friend in their room or use a lead/leash when in the shared areas of the house. Pet guests may not have the run of the house whether the human guest is at home or away. There is an exterior lead attached to the tree in the backyard for those who want to sit on the patio while their non-human buddy enjoys some outdoor time. ALL GUESTS MUST PICK UP AFTER THEIR PETS - NO EXCEPTIONS.
