The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, it is necessary to use stairs. The kitchen - which is equipped with the appliances essential for a balanced holiday - is open to the living and dining room. The kitchen has all the conditions for cooking - we have pots, pans, etc. - but we do not provide kitchen spices, cleaning products or hygiene. The first bedroom has a sea view and a king-size bed. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be joined and used for couples. There's a sofa bed for a fifth person. We offer a baby chair, as well as a crib. Both bathrooms have a shower. We provide Wifi and a multilingual channel system. There is a terrace facing the sea and another near the kitchen - where is the barbecue. We have a washing machine and dishwasher! Security deposit - Please note that if you are a customer under 25 years old or a party group, you will be asked for a security deposit upon check-in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be returned upon check-out. We ask to pay the electricity bills on the side during a Long Term Booking of 25 Days or More. The village of São Rafael stands out for its good performances over the years, it is known to be a good holiday area and to be just on the beach of São Rafael. The environment is very quiet. The guest looking for this area comes to rest and enjoy the beach and sun. There are several renowned restaurants in the area, perfect for enjoying a nice dinner. Beach restaurants are also very popular in the area of São Rafael. There are two supermarkets close to the village where you can find the essentials for your stay. It is not necessary to have a car to get around this area unless you want to move to other parts of the Algarve. There is a bus stop within a 10-minute walk, from where you can even reach Faro airport. However, if you have a car, we have secure parking! Additional rules and necessary information • Please note that if you are a guest under 25 years old, or a party group, we ask you to give us a security deposit on arrival of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be refunded by bank transfer within one working week after checkout. If there is damage to our property during your stay, we will calculate the amount, know how to do it in advance and refund the difference. • Early check-in may be possible if the day of your arrival, we do not have another guest leaving. When there is a check-out and a check-in on the same day, we have time to prepare the villa for the next guest, and it takes your time. We can only confirm the early check-in closer to your arrival date, 2/3 days before, as well as the check-in details, which will be provided by my colleague from the Check-in/Check-out service. Check-in – 4pm Check-out – 10am The same applies for late check-out. It is always subject to availability. • We allow all our guests to increase the number of people in the group when they come to our properties. To do this, we must add an extra bed, linens, towels. The price for each additional person is 150 euros per week. • We accept pets - you must inform us that you bring your pet with advance notice and there is also a deposit of 150 euros plus an additional cleaning cost (to be calculated according to the property type). • Our properties have the necessary bath towels for a balanced holiday, depending on the number of people in the house.
