Welcome to our beautiful waterfront home in Meaford, Ontario! Located just a 20 minute drive from the Blue Mountains, our lakefront property provides the perfect getaway for up to 6 guests. With direct access to the water and stunning views of Georgian Bay, you'll be blown away. Watch the sunrise over Georgian Bay and start your day in the most beautiful way. Whether you're looking to relax and recharge, or spend the day exploring the great outdoors, our home has something for everyone. The space As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting space, complete with 3 comfortable bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a spacious living area. From the large windows, you can take in the stunning views of the surrounding Georgian Bay. And with the town center just a 2 minute walk away, you'll have easy access to great restaurants and local shops. The real highlight of our home are the stunning views and the outdoor area with direct access into the lake. The large deck is the perfect place to unwind and take in the fresh air, with stunning views year round. The main floor has one bedroom, one bathroom, a living/dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. The upper floor has two bedrooms and one bathroom. We offer high speed internet (500mbps) across the entire home with a desk to work on with beautiful water views. Our home is located on Meaford's main road, only a 2 minute walk to downtown. Guest access Guests will have the home to themselves with access to the main floor, the upper floor, the garage and the outdoor areas. The lower floor is not accessible, except for the laundry room if requested. Other things to note Laundry access and patio furniture is available and set up for stays from April 1 - November 30 only. Please note that our home will be decorated with lights and a Christmas Tree from early/mid December to early January.
