Access via staircase. This is a strict non-smoking apartment. Free parking is available in front of the house. The apartment can accommodate max. 5 people, 1 bedroom, 1 children's room, 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub, living room with dining area, as well as a well-equipped kitchen with capsule coffee maker, coffee, kettle, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer compartment. In the living room, there is a large sofa bed that comfortably accommodates 2 guests. There is also a TV with DVD player and a small stereo system. Bed linen and towels are provided. A crib for children from 0-6 months can be provided for a fee of €25 per stay. Breakfast is not offered. Guest access It's a separate apartment on the 2nd floor. The key is usually handed over in person by 9:00 pm. Otherwise, the key is stored in a key box. The apartment has its own parking space. Other things to note The apartment was renovated in January 2025. The kitchenette was replaced with a new one and the flooring in the bedrooms was replaced.
