A peaceful base for time with family or friends and trips into the Karkonosze Mountains. The space Przystań pod Witoszą is a year-round home exclusively yours in a quiet part of Staniszów. The spacious grounds include a wooded area, while the covered terrace offers a place to relax outdoors. The house accommodates up to 8 guests. All sleeping places for these 8 guests are in three separate bedrooms. GROUND FLOOR • A bedroom with 2 single beds, a narrow wardrobe and a chest of drawers. • A living room with a sofa, Smart TV and an extendable dining table seating up to 8. • An equipped kitchenette. • A bathroom with a shower, toilet and washing machine. • Direct access to the covered terrace. UPSTAIRS • Two separate bedrooms, each with 3 single beds. • Chests of drawers and small tables with chairs. • Sloping wooden ceilings that give the rooms a cosy feel. The upstairs bedrooms are reached by stairs. Beds can be pushed together; please arrange your preferred setup before arrival. Bed linen and towels are provided. KITCHEN AND EQUIPMENT The kitchenette includes a fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and cooking utensils. Wi-Fi, an iron and a hairdryer are also available. The house is heated and suitable for stays throughout the year. OUTDOORS The covered terrace has outdoor seating and a gas barbecue. The grounds include a fire pit area and space to relax among the greenery. Free parking is available on the property. The outdoor hot tub and prepared firewood are optional extras charged separately. Please see “Other things to note” for details. Guest access During your stay, you have exclusive use of the entire house, covered terrace and grounds, including the garden and wooded area. You will not share the house with the hosts or other guests. You may use the house facilities, outdoor furniture, barbecue and fire pit area. Free parking is available on the property. Hot tub use requires prior arrangement and an additional fee. Firewood can also be prepared on request for an extra charge. Other things to note OUTDOOR HOT TUB — OPTIONAL EXTRA The hot tub with air jets is available by prior arrangement for an additional fee. Please arrange its preparation before arrival. Charges: • first day of use — PLN 350; • second day — an additional PLN 200; • third day onwards — an additional PLN 150 per day. Total: PLN 350 for 1 day, PLN 550 for 2 days or PLN 700 for 3 days. The first day includes filling the tub, initial heating and one gas cylinder. An additional gas cylinder costs PLN 100. There is no hourly limit within the paid day of your stay, subject to the operating instructions and quiet outdoor behaviour. FIREWOOD We can prepare approximately 200 litres of firewood on request for PLN 150. Firewood is not included in the accommodation price. Optional extras are agreed through Airbnb messages and paid for through the Airbnb Resolution Center. HOUSE LAYOUT The house has one bathroom, located on the ground floor. Two bedrooms are upstairs and accessed by stairs. The grounds include natural terrain that is uneven in places. A PEACEFUL STAY The house is intended for a peaceful stay. Playing music or making loud noise outdoors is not permitted. PETS Please include your pet in the reservation. Pets must have their own bedding and are not allowed to sleep on the beds.
