The third floor has two bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and private bathrooms. One of these queen bedrooms provides access to a large deck with ocean views. The washer and dryer can also be found in the closet on this level. The top level is the master suite with a King sized bed, flat screen TV, private bathroom, walk-in closet, and its private deck with ocean and waterway views. The perfect spot to take in sunrise or sunset each day! On the ground level, there is an entry foyer and access to the back patio where the outdoor shower is available for a rinse-off after a fun-filled day out in the salt and sun. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking. When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart, and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay.
