The house is shared, five rooms, and there are no roommates I only have Airbnb guests staying in the house, very rarely I would have a personal friend over or staying. Street parking is available, unfortunately, you may not find an easy and convenient park all the time as we are downtown. Two bathrooms in the hallway, also one of the rooms has a private bath making the sharing bathroom experience easier PET OWNERS MUST COMMUNICATE SIZE AND BREED BEFORE ARRIVING AND KEEP DOGS ALWAYS ON LEASH, SMALL DOGS ARE FREE :) VAN LIFE, CAMPERS, AND TRIMMERS ALERT!! I love having yall around and I get that as I'm also a camper but unfortunately this is not a hostel or community home for gathering together we have all kinds of guests and the rules must be followed by everyone! we do not provide any service for people on the road no laundry or kitchen for cooking. Manage your trash do not come to dump all trash in the house trash can and if using the outside trash can make sure to separate the recycling! THE KITCHEN as we have five rooms, in order to keep everything cleaning at all the time it's only allowed for quick meals, guests can prepare microwave food sandwiches or salads.No cooking. Please if is possible eat in the room using the desk table as the food smell is personal and I want to have the living room and kitchen always clean and calm and smell my amazing essential oils not grease food, meat, etc. The living room has all my personal belongings there are no Airbnb decorations. there are art pieces, important books, and records, I would appreciate it if everyone is respectful of that if want to look ask me ;). I do my best as a woman independently operating a small business, and my goal is to provide a safe, clean space for you to stay. Very safe neighborhood Communication is really important and I take it very seriously, if you book a room at my house and don't communicate with me prior to the arrival day or do not agree with the rules that are simple to follow your reservation may be canceled with no refund. All guests must read the rules and everything on the listing before arriving, is easy and simple but you must take the time to read it all. I own the house and my mortgage is really high so are utilities. It's a full-time job and I do it all alone without help otherwise it not be worth it. To have the most affordable price in the area in order to keep it low there are rules. This is a small businesswoman owed please be mindful not comparing with other houses that only have one room for Airbnb or if you had a private unity. Running a five-bathroom house busy as it can get with pets the rules are very important to keep the place good and clean for everyone!
