East Hampton Beach House w/ Heated Saltwater Pool & 2 Master Suites Our house is located on a quiet street in the Northwest Woods section of East Hampton. It is less than a 10 minute drive to East Hampton Village and a 15 minute drive to Sag Harbor Village. Convenient to town, farm stands, wineries, restaurants and beaches, you can easily spend the whole day out and about or relax in our fully-stocked home. This is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with central a/c. The first floor has a primary bedroom with King sized bed, private bath and access to the back deck. Also on the first floor are two additional bedrooms that share a bathroom -- one has a Queen sized bed and the other has 2 Twin beds. The entire second floor is dedicated to a large master bedroom with King bed, en suite bath and private deck. The main family room has plenty of comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV over the wood-burning fireplace, high ceilings and a pair of French doors that lead out onto the spacious deck. Great for entertaining. The dining room seats 7 comfortably. The adjacent kitchen has stainless steel appliances, all basic utensils, pots & pans, spices, a toaster, a Keurig coffee maker, Nespresso machine and four counter-stools for additional seating. Outside there is a Weber gas grill, large dining table for 10 and lounge seating. The 40' saltwater pool is heated. The outdoor shower is perfect for washing off after the pool or beach. If you have small children, an optional mesh, child-proof pool fence can be installed. A few children's books and toys are available, as well as a crib and toddler bed if needed. The entire back-yard is fenced-in. The basement has a ping-pong table, flat-screen TV, sofa and exercise bike. A fourth bathroom with shower stall and laundry are also in the basement level.
