East Hampton Beach House

Our house is in the Northwest Woods section of East Hampton. 10 minute drive to EH village and 15 minute drive to Sag Harbor. 2 master suites, each with a King bed and private bath. The other bedrooms have a queen bed and 2 Twin beds. Large family room with high ceilings, and the kitchen has all basic necessities. Outside is a Weber grill, outdoor shower and heated saltwater pool . The basement has a ping pong table, TV and exercise bike. The space There are 2 master suites, each with a king bed and private bath, plus 2 guest rooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds. The pool is saltwater and heated. Some children's books and toys, as well as a full sized crib, are available if needed. Guest access Entire house Other things to note Guests are required to sign a contract for the rental period. Guests will be charged fees for propane gas, which is used to heat the pool, if usage is in excess of $100/week. Weekly pool maintenance, lawn care and trash pick-up is included in the rent.
