The spacious master bath has a walk-in closet, double vanity, and a large walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances and a Mr. Coffee maker. The dining area and extra seating at the raised bar, make entertaining a crowd easy. Comfortable living area with pull-out sofa opens to a screen porch and large fenced patio with outdoor seating and fire table and gas grill. Finishing off the first floor is a stack laundry and powder room. The second-floor landing has a lounge area, and 2 ensuite bedrooms (Queen & Full w/trundle) Each bedroom opens to a large upper balcony with seating. Single car garage with EV outlet, 3 adult bikes, 1 child's bike, beach caddy, 2 beach chairs, beach toys, and a street legal Golf Cart. **Important:** To access the golf cart, complete the cart use agreement sent via email 10 days before arrival. In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island million dollar oceanfront amenities, which include Clubhouse with Billiard Table, Fitness Room, zero entry pool, beach deck, beach access and a community fire pit. Access Points: There are three dune crossovers to the sandy area, always accessible for recreation. Main access is near the pool and clubhouse. Tide Information: At high tide, water reaches the seawall, changing every six hours. Check a tide chart to plan your beach time. Nearby Facilities: Oceanview Beach Park, about 2 miles south past the Holiday Inn, offers all-day ocean access. Explore all Jekyll Island beaches on their website.
