Our apartment is located in the center of Manhattan Midtown near Herald Square at the corner of 31st street & Broadway. Walking distance to everything, major subway lines & Penn Stations just steps away. Fully furnished apartment with your own Kitchen/Bathroom with 24-hour doorman/elevator/laundry room. We are located inside the beautiful historic national landmark building designed by Architect Henry Engelbert in the Second Empire style! The space **This is a multi-unit listing, meaning we have many of the same type of units in the building. All features, bed types, and amenities are the same, but layout, art, and wall color might differ ** IN-SUITE INCLUDES: - Free WiFi - Private Bathroom with a shower - Kitchenette: Electric Cooktop Stove, Microwave, Refrigerator, Pots & Pans, Electric Kettle, Coffee Maker, microwave plates and Cups, and Cutlery. - SMART TV (Netflix app) : Access Netflix movies and local TV channels on our SMART TV. - Air Conditioner/Heater - Linens, Towels, Wash Clothes - Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Liquid Hand Soap, Hair Dryer - Iron and Ironing Board ON-SITE LAUNDRY A Laundry Room is located on the Main (ground) floor. You can purchase a laundry card to use the washer and dryer, which credit can be added per usage. LUGGAGE STORAGE Our building offers luggage storage for $7 per bag per day (cash only). Simply pay the security before, and they will store your luggage. ADDITIONAL COMMUNAL BATHROOM/SHOWER If you are traveling with a group of family members or friends and need an extra bathroom, there is a communal bathroom with a shower on each floor of our building so feel free to use it. (Make sure to check the street sign) Otherwise, the nearest 24 hr Private Parking Garage is at 1250 Broadway, New York, NY 10001 (32nd street) at the rate of $56 plus tax for a sedan per day. Other things to note - Our apartment is inside "Class B" Hotel certified mixed-use apartment building, meaning your short-term stay is absolutely "legal" unlike other Airbnb apartments in NYC. - This is NOT a luxury property. If that is important to you, do not book this. This historic landmark building (The National Register of Historic Place) was built in 1868! - Guests are required to show a photo ID for identification upon arrival and receive one-page standard rental agreement, which must be signed prior to check-in. - We do our best to give you the suite of your choice. In rare instances, we will have to change the suite assignment on your reservation. We do promise an equivalent or an upgrade to the one you have booked. Pet Policy: $75 per pet, per stay (max 2 pets). Airbnb may not calculate this automatically. If you are bringing more than one pet, the second pet fee will be added separately after booking.
