Close to everything but nestled in the woods, Our home is well set up for Families. Located in cherished Waterville Estates with access to indoor/outdoor pools/hot tubs and close to White Mountain National Forest. We are a perfect homebase for winter or summer activities. 15 minutes from Waterville or 25 minutes from Cannon/Loon. Enjoy the comforts of home after hiking or skiing, or any other adventures. Close to everything but plenty of privacy, we know you will enjoy your stay! The space The home is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath ski chalet style home. The main living level is open concept with lots of light from three sliders that open up to the deck. The kitchen is well stocked, providing most everything you may need to make meals. Take out menus are also provided for nearby restaurants. The living/dining area has a smart TV, some books with local hiking information and a selection of games and puzzles. A half bath is located off the kitchen. The bedroom level has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Primary bedroom has a queen bed and en suit bathroom, secondary bedroom has a full bed and a bunk, third bedroom has two bunks. Laundry is available in the hallway near the entrance door. The Basement has ski lockers to store your gear and keep it organized. Air Hockey and pop a shot basketball are in the basement as well. A collection of local skiing and hiking guides is available for guests to help get familiar with the area. WIFI is available throughout the home. Guest access Guests will have access to the home, except for 2 owners supply closets. One pass to the community center is include allowing one person free admission, additional passes can be purchased at the front desk, children under 7 are free. Please abide by ALL Waterville Estates Rules while in community center. Outside alcohol is not allowed. Other things to note Portions of the Waterville Estates roadways are steep and driving can be difficult during winter conditions. The roads are plowed and well maintained, cars with 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive will have no issue. Water Pressure in the mountains can be an issue if trying to use multiple sources at once (showering and doing dishes).
