Secluded Home- Hot Tub &Walk to Town/Lake

Welcome to our home! You can find us on a quiet, dead end street only 1/2 mile from Downtown McCall and Payette Lake. With 3 beds and 2.5 baths in this 2200 sq. ft. home there is plenty of space for families and/or large gatherings. Spend your days hiking or biking all our amazing trails, or playing in the water at Payette Lake. You'll feel so secluded in our home, yet we are an easy stroll to town or the lake where you won't have to deal with parking. The space Guests will love the convenience of getting to town without needing to drive and deal with parking or traffic. We have three large bedrooms, a spacious living room, a dining room that seats 10 or more people comfortably, another room with a smaller table, a bar stool and a kitchen with plenty of counter space. Outside you'll find trails in our backyard that you can snowshoe or walk in winter, or bike in summer and a large hot tub to relax in. You will be surprised how secluded you feel being so close to town! This is our family home so it's well stocked with anything you'll need for your stay (spices, condiments, towels, sheets, etc). **Please note** There is a chance that our friendly cat will be at the home during your stay. He's an indoor/outdoor cat who comes and goes as he pleases as he has a cat door. He gets along with other dogs but please only book our house if your dog gets along with cats. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. There is plenty of parking spaces during the summer with our back driveway, front driveway and in front of the house. In the winter you are more limited but should have enough for about 4 cars. Other things to note No smoking in the house or garage.
