Desert Paradise

Please enjoy our two story modern,elegant and comfortable home! Our home is located in southwest Las Vegas directly across from an exceptional shopping center and multiple restaurants. There are multiple parks with tennis courts and jogging paths, Wet and Wild is also two miles away. The airport and Las Vegas Blvd is exceptionally close, only eight miles away. The 7 people occupancy is based on up to 5 adults and 2 children 18 and below. The number for adults should not exceed 5 adults. The space Great location, ultra high-speed Internet, gated solar heated salt pool, games, Central AC and heat, two smart TV’s one in the living room and one in the master bedroom with Samsung TVPlus over 100 channels to choose from , play areas for kids, high chair and a baby crib available. Fenced pool (Gas heater available on request $35 a day please let me know in advance )Weber barbecue and fully equipped kitchen . Please treat the home as you would your own. Please take your time and read the house rules before you book this property . Thank you! Other things to note This is NOT a party house no loud music or loud gatherings after 8PM. This is a residential neighborhood so please be considerate of our neighbors Amenities - Coffee and supplies - Laundry supplies - Shower supplies - Pool towels in a small purple chest next to dining table - Hand soap - Fully equipped kitchen with pots(URL HIDDEN) pans, spices . - BBQ with all tools necessary. - Gas heater for the pool is available on request $50 a day (please let me know in advance) Our pool guy usually comes on Thursday around noon . Our landscaping guy comes on Wednesday between 9AM and 3PM to cut the grass and blow the yard. The trash removal service comes on Saturday morning please make sure the trash cans are pulled down to the street on Friday night to be picked up on Saturday morning. Check out instructions Please make sure before you vacate the property that : 1 - All trash need to be removed from the house including any leftovers in the refrigerator Into the bins outside. 2 - All dirty dishes and utensils need to be washed and put away ( please make sure they are dry) . 3 - Please collect all the floaty’s and other food toys from the pool area and leave them between the pool fence and the short wall on the patio ( please if any toys or floaty’s are broken or popped discard them in the trash cans outside) . 4 - please make sure you leave our garage opener the same way on the countertop in the kitchen.
