Welcome to our beautiful North Vancouver condo, ideally located just a short SeaBus ride from downtown Vancouver and minutes from world-class hiking and skiing in the North Shore mountains. Located in the vibrant Lower Lonsdale community, you’ll be steps from top restaurants, cozy cafés, local markets, scenic parks, and boutique fitness studios. The space features white walls, plants, and neutral colours, creating an ideal atmosphere for relaxation. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates four people. The primary bedroom offers a cozy king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. In the second bedroom, a day bed can be configured into a king-size bed or two twin beds. The bedrooms are conveniently located on opposite sides of the condo, separated by a spacious living room and kitchen area. Both bathrooms are equipped with rain head showers, and the second bathroom includes a bathtub for added comfort. Step outside to enjoy a large patio with views of downtown Vancouver. Situated on the ground floor, the condo offers easy street access directly from a private patio entrance, ensuring convenience and privacy during your stay. Traveling with little ones? You are a short 5 minute walk to the seabus, which will take you to downtown Vancouver in under 15 minutes. Other things to note Please note, I live in the condo when it's not booked. Two closets are locked with my things, but there is ample room for for belongings- two closets, door hooks and hangers, chests of drawers, under the bed drawers. There is free street parking, but most of it is limited to one to two hours between the hours of 9am-6pm. A designated underground parking stall may be available during your stay, but is an additional fee. This will need to be booked before you arrive, so please inquire directly with the host to book.
