⛰️ Welcome to our family’s beautiful Shenandoah Valley Vista, where mountain sunrises and sunsets paint the sky! Just 90 minutes from DC, enjoy our modern, cozy home perched atop three acres. 🍷 Relax on our deck with a glass of wine as you overlook mountains and farms. After enjoying hiking trails or exploring Virginia's first designated wine region, roast marshmallows in our fire pit or relax in the hammock.  The space Fully-licensed and inspected by Shenandoah County, our home is 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. 🛏️ The Primary Suite includes a private full bath and queen bed. The second guest room offers another queen bed, and the third guest room offers 2 single beds. The living room features a sleeper sofa for an extra guest. Linens and towels are provided. 🌲 As a "Green" Home, our Sustainability program: 🔌 Offers a Level 2 EV Charger (J1772 connector - ChargePoint Home Flex) on-site for your exclusive use; ☀️ Utilizes Community Solar to power our home; and 💧 Abstains from any air freshener or harsh cleaning chemicals, focusing on all-natural, recycled products. 👩‍🍳 The fully-stocked kitchen provides for all your cooking needs, with stainless steel GE appliances, toaster, and dishwasher.   ☕️ Do you love coffee? Our home has a Ninja drip brewer with a 12-cup carafe and reusable gold tone filter, as well as a Keurig K-cup brewer. 🍗 Want to cook outdoors? Grill on our easy-to-use electrical & charcoal grill overlooking the mountains; we provide all the grilling utensils but recommend bringing charcoal (no lighter fluid needed). We also have an outdoor, wood-burning firepit, perfect for roasting marshmallows. Additional wood and charcoal can be purchased 1/2 mile down the road at the Country Store. 📺 A Smart TV (Ultra HD 4K) and high-speed WiFi are provided, including access to Netflix, Max, and Prime Video. 🛜 The WiFi speed is fast enough (100 Mbps up/down) to stream movies, work remotely, or participate in video calls! There’s also an adjustable sit/stand Varidesk workstation with laptop stand in case you want to respond to emails while enjoying the views. 🧺 Our laundry room has a GE-brand washing machine and dryer, as well as a utility sink. There are two hose connections and hoses outside. Guest access AWD/4WD vehicle not needed! Guest have exclusive access to all areas of the house except for owner's storage areas (two closets on the main floor and the basement). Guest also have access to the three acres of property on which the home sits.
