Dear guest, please note that there is a train that passes through several times a day. Guest access You'll retrieve your key from the lockbox attached to the front door handle using your 4-digit code (a backup lockbox is located on the railing). The key unlocks the front door. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. If early check-in or late checkout are available for your dates, you'll receive an email or SMS offer in advance. This condo community requires you to register upon arrival. If you arrive on a Saturday between 3pm and 5pm, visit the main office to register and receive your parking pass. If you arrive outside those hours, a welcome packet will be left on your door with a registration form - complete it and drop it in the office box immediately. The form requests guest names, phone numbers, and vehicle details (make, model, and registration). Your parking pass will be issued once the office receives your completed form. Other things to note You have a gas grill on the deck available for your use. Beach cart access is available for trips to the beach. The unit comes with starter amenities: toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, dishwasher pods, sponge, dish soap, laundry soap, and hand soap.
