The space: The apartment of this home is located on the first floor + has a very spacious backyard with a firepit; washer + dryer; a utensil + cooking stocked kitchen; 1 bathroom with bathtub; a long driveway for off-street parking and parking available directly on the street on the side of the house; and we are kid-friendly. The house is all on one floor — only 1 step up to the front door. There's a studio apartment upstairs, and a camper on site as well, just as an FYI; the other units are also rented at times. Home: The house is situated directly on California Street in Urbana, a quiet street without much noise. We are set up with fast WiFi and television ready for streaming videos + music. The photos are pretty much in the order in which our house flows — so please take a look. Bedroom #1: One Full sized, brand-new Leesa mattress on a wood frame bed with a dresser, alarm clock, nightstands, and lamps. Bedroom #2: One Full sized, brand-new Leesa mattress on a wood frame bed with a dresser, alarm clock, bedside table, and lamps. Bathroom: Full-sized shower and bathtub — we also provide body wash and a variety of shampoos and conditioners. Shower with a new rain spray shower head and additional handheld shower sprayer; help yourself to our medicine cabinet fully stocked with essentials you might need during your stay (i.e., toothpaste, cotton balls, full First Aid kit, and ear swabs); sink; and toilet. Kitchen: Dining room table + benches; toaster; coffee maker; pots + pans; Pyrex; cooking utensils; gas oven; + refrigerator. The kitchen space is also home to our HE washer + dryer, which you can use! Living room: 55" Vizio TV ready to go login to your accounts. Violations will result in immediate cancellation. Guests must be 21+ years old. No pets and no smoking indoors. (Smoking is allowed outside—dispose of cigarette butts properly.) A $250 fee applies for indoor smoking. A $100 fee applies for checkouts past 10AM. A $50 cleaning fee is added for each additional week beyond 7 nights. Guest access You’ll have exclusive use of the entire home. No shared private spaces. Other things to note 🚿 The bathroom is a bit snug between the vanity and the toilet. Other things to note The bathroom is a tight space between the vanity + the toilet. Guests taller than 5' 9" might need to adjust, but there is room for your tush. // No parties or events at the house will be tolerated. Will result in the immediate cancellation of your stay. Guests must be over the age of 21. If you stay longer than 7 nights, there is a cleaning fee of $50 for each additional week. Our hired staff bills us more when they cannot clean weekly. For guests who depart AFTER the set 10am checkout, an additional $100 fee will be charged. Our hired cleaning staff is on paid on a schedule and we are billed more if they cannot access the space at the proper times. We have a strict policy against indoor smoking of any kind and NO pets. Smoking on the front porch or back patio is fine. We just ask that you keep the cigarette butts in a container and nowhere else. Smoking inside the house will result in a $250 additional charge.
