Guesthouse in Waller

The BOHO Cottage is a tiny private studio, a great place to unplug & experience the quietness of the country, only 15 miles from city life. There are some great restaurants in the local community of Waller, an ice cream shop, a local brewery, and one of the largest Buc-ee’s just a few miles away. The space You will sleep soundly on the comfortable full size memory foam mattress with high thread count sheets, a variety of pillows to choose from and a sound machine with 20 sound options. If you’re fortunate enough to have a rainstorm during your visit, you’ll enjoy the relaxing sound of rain on the metal roof. Listen to music, watch a dvd movie, cuddle up with a throw in front of the electric fireplace, read a book, play a game or sit on the party-lit porch with a glass of wine. It is a serene place to celebrate a special occasion, enjoy a “get-a-way,” and leave the city life behind. You won’t miss your shower as you enjoy a deep claw foot bathtub, bath products and nice fluffy towels. The Boho Cottage has a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, Keurig, complementary coffee pods, toaster, dishes, silverware, and a microwave. This will be an experience you’ll enjoy so much, you will want to quickly return. We look forward to hosting you soon! Other things to note The cottage is located behind the main house on the 2 acre property, essentially in the backyard, approximately 60 feet away. There is also an additional Airbnb on the property available called “A True Tiny Home Experience in the Country”. We do offer complimentary WiFi, however due to our location in the country, we cannot guarantee a strong signal at all times. If you rely on WiFi for work, we suggest you bring a personal hotspot as a backup. While we strive to provide an incredibly clean space for every guest, and we routinely exterminate every 3 months, this property is still in the country. There is the possibility you could encounter a spider, large tree roach, etc. If that will ruin your trip, this might not be the right spot for you.
