Two adjacent homes have beds for another 18-20 guests. We are happy to rent these also. Guest access Deposit is non-refundable. Payment in full is due six months prior to arrival. A security deposit is required. We require a signed contract and we will be happy to email that to our prospective guests as soon as booking is confirmed.
