Our fabulous estate home features city lights and beautiful Pinnacle Peak views and surrounding mountains views. A very private exclusive area but very close to all the action with easy access to the freeways. The house has 4 bedrooms with 3 king beds the 4th bedroom has a queen bed and it also has a desk, bookshelf. the house sleeps up to 8 or more. Super large kitchen. This is a single story home. All amenities are available. If you choose to heat the pool and Spa the cost of these features are the guests responsibility. We can help arrange this prior to check-in. Also we have 4 TVs on the property. We have Direct TV and it includes the NFL package. All venue fees for events are non-refundable. Will not be present during stay. Very quiet and exclusive area.
