Here’s some details on this beautiful getaway: — You will have access to all the amenities in the community. — One bedroom and a living room. — 1 bathroom — separate living room with TV — Whole house has WiFi throughout. — Pool is open air and direct OCEAN ACCESS — ROOM 1: Master Bedroom has 1 king bed, a closet and a TV — ROOM 2: Living room with a Sofa bed that turn into a queen size bed, futon and a TV LOCATION: Our building is located between Luxurious Diplomat resort( with restaurants and shops) on one side, and new Hyde resort (with restaurants)on the other side. We’re actually surprisingly close to everything! We are easily accessible by Uber (takes about 5 minutes for an Uber to show up). Almost everything is within a short drive from us 1 minute to local dining, groceries, and retail (Grocery Store, Liquor Store). 10-12 minutes to Whole Foods. 20-25 minutes to downtown Miami. 25-30 minutes to South Beach. 25-30 minutes to Miami airport. 15-20 minutes to Fort Lauderdale airport. Guests will have access to the entire apartment, gyms, heated pool, meeting center, valet parking( some amenities may have a cost) DIRECT OCEAN ACCESS Direct beach access, pool, gym, and all amenities with designated fob. Guests will be charged fob fee of $30 for every two adults (over the age of 18), additional ones can be purchased for us$15 each for the duration of your stay. Laundry is located on the same floor and is shared with the neighbors. It has a small fee per load. We are available by phone, text, email. Malls: Aventura Mall with variety of restaurants and shops is only 15 minutes away. Outlets: The two biggest Outlet Shopping Malls in Miami are the Dolphin Mall and the Sawgrass Mills, both only a short ride away (about 45 minutes).
