Stylish & Central 1-Bedroom Apartment in the Heart of SE Portland Our new modern 1-bedroom apartment is located off popular Division St. in the heart of inner SE Portland. You'll be walkable to groceries, coffee, and meals, and very close to some of Portland's best dining and entertainment. The space Our family loves living in this area of Portland. Close to downtown, inner SE Portland has everything you could ask for. So many great spots are easy to walk to and it seems like a new restaurant opens every week. Our light and bright apartment is brand new with amenities such as a fridge, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and shared laundry. This is intended to heat up soup or cook a small meal, but not meant for cooking large meals. Please note there is no oven or stove top in this unit The bathroom has a big glass walk-in shower. There isn't a stove or oven, but you should have everything else you need. We live in the house above the apartment so can quickly help with anything, but you'll have a separate entrance with plenty of privacy from us at the same time. You may hear our kids playing above you during the day, but evenings and nights are quiet. Guest access There is ample parking on the street outside our house. A major bus line runs down SE Division street, and the Willamette river is just a mile away. Our favorite grocery store is just blocks away, as well as great sushi, ice cream, and pizza. Enjoy a massage at a popular spa down the street and just walk a few blocks home. We love living in the area. Use of washer and dryer is available for long term (28 days +) guests only. We ask that you wear a mask when interacting in person and practice social distancing by maintaining 6 feet/2 meters of distance from others at all times.
