Our lovely home has many conveniences to make your stay a relaxing experience. We are frequent travel renters ourselves and know what makes a stay more enjoyable! For truck drivers needing a space to park for a couple days, we also own a business across the street from this residence that has a secure fenced-in 2 acres where guests are able to park trucks! *Please note, we require a signed Guest Agreement, and photo ID prior to check-in.* The space Our home is a 3-bedroom family-friendly environment. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a queen-sized bed, and one bedroom is furnished with two twin-sized beds. A TV is included, and wifi is provided for our guests. Each bathroom will have towels available for guest use. As well as all kitchen appliances provided for guest convenience, an in-house laundry room is available in the downstairs area. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire home and lot. In-house laundry room is available in downstairs area. Although the basement area is accessible for laundry, it is an unfinished basement and not intended to be a living area. Other things to note This home includes a small fire pit that guests may use! We own the 3 acres and business across the street with conference room space available for people at an additional fee ($50 min) or small auditorium that can hold up to 80 if needed, prices are negotiable. *Please note, we require a signed Guest Agreement, and photo ID prior to check-in.*
