Casa Pouso das Fadas is a private property and is not in a condominium. Our house has an adult and children's pool, with a beach and waterfall, we have four large en-suites, a terrace on the ground floor and on the upper floor, standard hotel bed and bath linens. High-speed Wi-Fi. Spacious dining room for 10 and living room with connection to the balcony and pool. Daily rates include maid and kitchen staff services, with a Chef. We do your shopping, too. The space We have 450 square meters of area and 290 square meters of built area. Spacious, well-ventilated and well-lit. We have more than 50 species of plants in our garden. We have bath towels, beach/pool towels, sheets, pillows and blankets. Electric shower and air-conditioning in all the bedrooms. On the deck next to the pool, we have a complete barbecue with skewers, grills, barbecue utensils, a refrigerator and freezer for drinks, and utensils to enjoy the outdoor area of the house. Fun is guaranteed. For those looking for tranquility, the street is super quiet, we have a part of the garden with a fountain and a place for meditation. We have all the necessary equipment for the kitchen. Our maid does the laundry. The guest hands over the clothes together with the liquid soap and the softener of their choice, and the maid washes them, hangs them on the clothesline to dry, and after they are dry, removes and folds the clothes to return to the guest. The maid just doesn't iron clothes. For those traveling with a baby, we offer a portable crib for up to 15 kg and a wooden crib for up to 30 kg Our housekeeping, chef, cook and kitchen helper employees work daily from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Coffee is usually served at 8 a.m. When making the reservation, we send a menu prepared by the Chef and the guest will choose from the various options for breakfast, lunch, dinner and desserts. We do not prepare meals outside the menu. We also specialize in vegetarian dishes. I would like to inform you that the house accommodates a maximum of 10 (ten) adults (from 12 years old) and, adding adults with children, only 12 (twelve) people. Children up to 2 years old do not count. We have a crib. We consider children all under 12 years old. The flow in the house also cannot exceed the number above. I also reinforce that the house is monitored through a security center, external cameras and facial recognition, and if there are more people than agreed in the reservation, the guest will incur a fine (15% of the reservation value per additional person) and the security sector will be authorized to remove excess people from the house. This fine applies to overnight stays and visitors. We can do the grocery shopping. After choosing the dishes, the chef prepares a shopping list, using the technical sheets for each dish, so that the ingredients can be purchased (at the guest's cost). If the guest wants us to do the shopping, we can provide this service for a fee. If the service is contracted, we are responsible for shopping, sanitizing, portioning whatever is needed, washing all fruits, vegetables and greens, sanitizing the beverage cans and organizing everything in the proper storage places. Reimbursement of the purchase amount must be made after the presentation of the tax coupons and receipts by the Chef. We are 400 meters from the beach. It's about a 6-minute walk. The street is very quiet and safe. We have beach chairs, children's beach toys, a small table, sun umbrella and coolers available to guests in the house. We also have contact with local professionals such as: private guides, masseurs, nannies, boatmen for tours, transfers, buggy drivers and others as needed. Guest access Guests will have access to all rooms. The pool, barbecue, deck, outdoor bathrooms, garage for up to six medium-sized cars. They will not have full access to the storage rooms for cleaning supplies and linens, and the service room that is used by the employees (bedroom and bathroom). However, if you want to see them, we can show them to you. Other things to note Noise is only allowed from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. We do not allow parties or events. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. The lessee exempts the lessor from any and all liability for accidents to persons who are staying or using the property both indoors and outdoors.
