We have the pleasure to host you in the oldest building, which is preserved, in the village of Pera Gialos. It was built in 1847, as it is written to the left of the entrance, by the merchant and foremost of the island Dimitrios Michael Georgiadis, the so-called “Pasha”, for its stately appearance. The space Casa Tholari Al Mare is an independent 4-person apartment house in the center of Pera Gialos Bay. It is ideal for newlyweds or a couple with a toddler up to 3 years old (free park bed is available for this purpose), or for a couple with one or two children. Includes a kitchen,fridge, microwave, kettle ,toaster,dining room, wall-mounted hot tub, air conditioning, washing machine, two TVs, iron, dryer, toaster, fire extinguisher, hangers, disposable slippers, booths, bathrobes, WiFi , cozy veranda fully equipped with view of the infinite blue. Other things to note Very close to the property there is a fully equipped health center and a pharmacy, also 4 supermarkets, 2 bakeries for bread and traditional delicacies, bank, museum, restaurants, pizzeria, souvlaki shop, cafes, bakeries, car rental offices, and day tour agencies, and ferry and airfare issues. The church of Agios Nikolaos, the Port Authority , and the Police are at a walking distance. You can walk to all of this.
