While most other homes only offer two or three themed rooms, every room in our house is themed. This means our guests don't have to compete for a themed room—they only have to decide which one to choose! Be sure to explore our wonderfully bedrooms from Harry Potter to Jurassic Park, perfect for lettings kids imagination run wild! For adults, we have modern and stylish bedrooms with luxury mattresses and designer decorations. - On the first floor, we have a queen bedroom with an Avatar theme and a full bathroom conveniently located next to it. - We have two master king bedroom suites with private bathrooms on the second floor: the Egyptian Temple Suite and the Mountain Cabin Suite. A standard crib is available in the Egyptian Temple Suite. - We offer three beautifully themed bedrooms for kids: The World of Harry Potter, featuring a bunk bed and a twin bed; Mickey and Minnie, with two twin beds; and Jurassic Park, featuring a unique jeep-themed bed. - All bedrooms are fully furnished and have a TV, dresser, designer lamps, ceiling light, curtains, & more. Other things to note 📌A maximum of 4 cars are allowed to enter the resort. However, the fourth car must be reported to the HOA office to receive a designated parking spot. If you plan to bring a fourth car, please let us know in advance — designated parking is limited, especially during holidays. 📌One of our property managers has a severe allergy to dogs and cats, and we've also been informed by some guests of their severe allergies in advance. In order to prevent serious allergic reactions, we kindly request that pets are not brought into the house. Guests who disregard this policy and bring pets will be held responsible for any resulting consequences. 📌We offer a complimentary initial supply of essential household items, ranging from shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to bath towels, pool towels, toilet paper, paper towels, salt and pepper, cooking oil, trash bags, washing powder, etc. Due to variations in booking durations and individual preferences, we cannot specify the exact quantities guests may require. For extended stays, we suggest acquiring additional supplies based on your specific needs. 📌Please note that the pool fence is in place, even though it may not be visible in the photos as the photographer focused on capturing beautiful shots. The pool fence is a mandatory safety requirement at the resort, so always ensure it is properly set up. A moment of negligence could lead to lifelong regret. 📌Washing machine & drying machine are in the house 📌Baby friendly (we have high chairs, cribs, and pool child safety nets!) 📌We are unable to provide baby crib blankets and bedding due to hygiene reasons. 📌For your safety and peace of mind, security cameras are installed at the front door, overlooking the pool area, and near the pool heater. All cameras are located outdoors, and there are no cameras inside the home. The cameras are used solely for safety and security purposes. We do not actively monitor the footage, but it may be reviewed if an incident occurs or if requested by law enforcement. 📌The HOA stated that upon guests' arrival at the gatehouse, officers are required to collect a valid driver's license from the driver 📌We only provide this specific type of stroller. You can view picture of the stroller in our listing. The maximum weight capacity for this toddler stroller is 45 pounds. 📌The pool maintenance company will perform maintenance once a week, typically on Mondays or Tuesdays. However, the schedule may change depending on weather conditions or their availability of resources. Please note that the company operates independently and will not inform us in advance of any schedule changes, so we are unable to notify guests beforehand. 📌If you have an RV, please inform us in advance so that I can arrange for a designated parking spot. Additionally, please note that the maximum number of cars permitted to enter Windsor Hills Resort for each house is four. 📌If you require baby items, please inform us in advance. Let us know the number of babies in your party and specify the items you need, such as a high chair, crib, Pack 'n Play, stroller, etc. 📌If you plan to buy something online, please note that only FedEx and UPS deliveries are allowed into the resort. USPS is not permitted. 📌Our stroller is a basic model, so it might not be as comfortable as your own or one you rent. If possible, we recommend bringing your own stroller or renting one for added comfort. 📌Our arcade machines may differ from those shown in the videos and photos. This happens because the arcade machines are used frequently by many people, making them prone to wear and tear. When they break, we replace them with new ones. However, some of the original models have been discontinued, so we are unable to get an exact replacement. In such cases, we substitute with a different arcade machine. 📌Please review the frequently asked questions and pool information (especially if booking in winter) before completing your reservation. 📌 Please do not use the outlet to charge your electric vehicle (EV) or RV. There have been fire incidents reported in other neighborhoods caused by this type of usage. 📌To make your stay even more special, we offer our guests a complimentary custom photo collage in a premium Disney-inspired design. Created using your own photos, names, and favorite words, it’s a unique, high-end keepsake to remember your magical Orlando getaway. (One custom collage per reservation — exclusively designed for your group.) 📌Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Requests If you are not planning to check in early or check out late, you can ignore this section. But if you are, please read carefully: We understand the convenience of early check-in or late check-out, and we try our best to accommodate when possible. However, due to the popularity of this home and the high volume of last-minute bookings, it is often difficult to confirm in advance. Early check-in can only be confirmed one day before your arrival, depending on whether the night before gets booked and whether the cleaners can prepare the home in time. Late check-out is even harder to arrange, as new guests can book on the same day—even just hours before check-in time. For example, we once approved a noon check-out, but someone booked the same house at 11am for a same-day check-in at 4pm. That caused major scheduling conflicts and stress for all parties. Also, please note that our cleaning schedule is arranged well in advance. If check-out time is extended, it is very difficult for the cleaning team to adjust their route and timing, especially during busy seasons.
