At the Center of it All!

*THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE* We are only a 10 minute walk to the Indian River and nearby Kirk Point Park, where you can see rockets launch from the launch pad. We’re 35 minutes from Cocoa Beach, 25 from undeveloped natural Playalinda Beach. The "World's Most Famous Beach," Daytona, is a zip up I-95 north, forty-five minutes away. If you’re interested in visiting Orlando, Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World, I-Drive, or anything else Orlando has to offer it’s all within a 45-60 minute drive. The space Our newly renovated (2019/2020) 1955 cozy cottage has a lot to offer. As far as sleeping arrangements go. In the master bedroom there is one king size memory foam bed. In the second bedroom there are two single beds. In the living room, there are two large, comfortable and inviting, oversized couches. Sleeping a total of six guests. We also have an antenna and DVD player with assorted discs to watch. We have a comfortable screened-in porch with seating and a ceiling fan. In the side yard, we have a flower garden with small gas grill a picnic table and a small fountain. Our brand new (2019) kitchen has a stainless oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher with a stainless under mount sink and granite countertops. There is a large wooden dinner table seating six. We include everything you’d have at home to comfortably cook meals for six people on the stove, in the oven or on the grill. In both our two full bathrooms we include one travel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash. A washer and dryer are located in the laundry room at the rear of the cottage, with detergent, bleach, and dryer sheets provided for your convenience. In addition to enough bathroom towels for six people, we also provide six beach towels. We have free driveway parking and can accommodate up to three vehicles parked one in front of the other. Street parking is not permitted. Brand new, very high quality hurricane impact resistant windows were installed in 2020, adding beauty, comfort and an extra measure of security to our cute little cottage! Also In 2020, we had an entirely brand-new air conditioner system with new ducts installed. There are plenty of board games for the family to play in the evenings. As well as information on local attractions and dining. Tobacco smoking is permitted on the porch and outside areas, but not in the house. We ❤️ pets 🦮. Guest access You have access to the cottage and property. Friends and family may visit during the day but please note that loud parties and music are not allowed and our cute and cozy cottage does not accommodate more than 6 people.
