Enjoy the private backyard for relaxation or a meal outdoors. Parking is available in the driveway, and a keyless entry system provides easy and secure access to the property. Local guests within a 50 km radius of the property are subject to approval. Guests will need to use their own Netflix and Roku accounts to access streaming services on the TV. Parking Rules – Plantation Properties Driveway parking only. Space for 2 large cars or 3 small cars. No street parking. No parking on the front lawn. Failure to adhere will result in necessary violations being issued. Other things to note Important Information: ID and Verification: To comply with legal and security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, and provide a valid credit card matching your ID for verification. Depending on our guest screening tool results, additional credit card verification or a security deposit may be required (excluding Airbnb guests). Pet Policy: We allow a maximum of 2 pets with a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $150 per stay. Guest Support: Our team is available daily from 7 AM to 10 PM CT to assist with any questions. Food deliveries are available via shipt dot com. Sleeping Capacity: The home accommodates up to 6 guests, but we allow up to 9 guests with an additional fee of $15 per night for the 7th to 9th guests. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person, per night. Check-In/Check-Out: Standard Check-In: 3 PM Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee. Standard Check-Out: 11 AM Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows: 50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM 75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM 100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM Minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher. Supplies: Basic essential starter kits are provided. Guests staying longer or with additional needs should plan accordingly. Smoking Policy: A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.
