BEDROOM #1 Located just to the right of the front door, this bedroom has a door you can shut. The Queen bed is memory foam and there is a ROKU TV. BATHROOM #1 Located in the entrance hallway, this bathroom features a full length mirror and a tub/shower combination. KITCHEN Full kitchen with brand new appliance, including a Keurig and coffee pods. Four barstools make it easy to eat at the kitchen island. LIVING ROOM The kitchen and living room are open concept. You have plenty of space and windows to make this room feel very large. Comfortable couch, ROKU TV, and a dedicated work space make this perfect for anyone! BEDROOM #2 This bedroom is in the open loft upstairs and has king size bed, ROKU TV, full length mirror, large closet, and a full bathroom off the room. BATHROOM #2 Full bathroom with shower. This is located off the bedroom #2. We will send you further instructions on how to enter the loft building upon booking and payment. You may only park in the open lot with the parking pass we provide. These lofts are not in a neighborhood, but rather in a unique setting- A brand new development right next to the river in a very old factory that has been completely renovated. The units are right on the Little Miami River and also on the Loveland bike trail. There is a fully operational brewery and restaurant on location. Most people bike, or walk, or hike. But, you will need a car, Lyft or Uber to get to the property. We are very close to Kings Island and Camp Cedar. If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home through the resolution center on Airbnb.
