There is a picnic table outside that seats 8 and a grille for your use. Guest access Guests enter through the private mudroom entrance and up the stairs to the "entire second floor " for their use. (Approximately 1500 total SF. Please see the picture of the layout in the photos). We live on the first floor of the home but give you all the privacy you need.
