ONLY two car parking allowed. Strict NO pet Policy allowance. $200 deducted from your credit card if pet evidence is found in the house. Guest access to swimming and fishing in the creek. Barbeque allowed by on level dirt ground far from house. The barbecue grill can NOT be used anywhere on the wood deck. MUST COLLECT GREASE IN SPECIAL GREASE COLLECTOR UNDER COOKING RACK. Other things to note Follow instruction on home binder to dispose of -waste you produce during your stay— at suggested listed transfer station. 'Green county transfer station is your nearest. you are responsible to check dates and hours of operation. there are other "transfer station throughout the whole Catskill region. choose what best suits you. a $100 will be deducted from your credit card deposit if your waste is left inside the house.- for a private company to handle. The split Grand laid out floor plan affords privacy to 4 guests. NOTICE: For seasonal or monthly occupancy, I will ask biweekly cleaning at $150 each cleaning.
