Bethlehem is a quaint town nestled in the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire. With amazing views of these mountains from the property, this newly renovated home is a great jumping off point for all your outdoor activities. A short walk brings Mt Wash into view. The rooms and outdoor spaces are extremely clean and clutter free. Just 1 1/2 miles from Bethlehem's center it feels miles away with meadows, mountains and an orchard for backdrops. The space This home features brand new stainless appliances, modern furniture, a beautiful, locally made dining table, hardwood floors throughout, and a propane stove (not a fireplace) for chilly evenings. There is a fire pit for après ski/hiking! The first floor is an open concept with a door that can close to separate the first floor from the entrance/hall and the second floor which, if wanted, can keep small children from climbing stairs. There is a 1/2 bath on the first floor. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a shared full bath. Although most come for the beautiful fresh mountain air, we realize that the summers are getting much warmer and have provided AC units in the master bedroom and the first floor. These will be installed in the spring and removed in the fall. The outside property has 4 1/2 acres directly out the back door. There is an orchard , a pond (swimming prohibited) and some walking paths. Feel free to enjoy wandering the property! Guest access This is a free standing 3 bedroom home with full access to the building and surrounding yard. It has ample parking for at least 2-3 vehicles. There is a freestanding building to the right side of the house that holds some firewood for the firepit. It says Coop over the door. We provide a fair amount of wood but if more is needed there are numerous places along route 302 that sell camp wood. Other things to note We live next door and do have a very sweet cat named Honey. He is as gentle as can be. If he does stop by, please do not feed him or let him inside.
