Perfect family home in the quiet and cool Greenpoint! It’s 5 blocks from the G train, and 10 min. walking distance to the 7 train in LIC, one stop away from Grand Central. 6 blocks from the East River Ferry. 10 min. by car from Manhattan. Space for your clothes in closets and chest drawers. Sheets, towels, full kitchen and washer and dryer makes this apartment a true home away from home. American playground, Mccarren Park and McGolrick park are near. The apartment is a condo in a three-apartment building, on a quiet street in the north of Greenpoint. You enter to a spacey living room, dining room, and an open kitchen. The living room has a wooden play kitchen, toys, cable tv, and a very comfortable sofa. The kitchen includes a rice cooker, an instant pot, a popcorn machine, and a Nespresso machine, among other commodities. The dining room sits 8 to 10 people. The open office space has a big desk and a Wi-Fi printer, plus a large library. In front of the kitchen there is a kids bookcase and a furniture with kids’ arts & crafts supplies. The main bedroom has a king size bed, a rocking chair, a walk-in closet, a small desk, and an en-suite bathroom with a double shower. The bedroom opens to the deck and the backyard, with a big trampoline. The kids’ bedroom has three twin beds, two desks perfect for homework & zoom, and a big closet. The kids bathroom has a deep tub shower. Downstairs there is a laundry room, a third bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and a guest room/play area with its own Wi-Fi. It has a queen bed, an aerial yoga hammock for kids, and lots of toys, plus a door to the backyard. All the floors have radiant heat, so it’s very cozy in the winter. All the rooms have an AC unit, so it’s cool in the summer. Our cleaning person comes twice a week for general maintenance.
