Osage-Orange Suite (rustic but cozy & romantic 🥂)

Come stay at our ‘Farmstead’ in town - enjoy Osage Orange, 1 of 3 private suites, with Common area for our guests use. This is a 1927mail order Bungalow (we think it's a Sears one!) The Bungalow has been completely updated with all the 'modern' conveniences, but still keeping that rustic/elegant look of the Hill Country. Front porch for 'relaxi'n/sipping', Landscaped yard, parking lot, private patio with comfy seating, umbrellas and fans. So sorry, but we are not set up for children or pets The space Osage-Orange suite has a little of the 'past' in its cozy setting. Ol'fashioned "Lshaped' front porch, comfy furniture to enjoy having your morning coffee or evening beverage, while watching the deer cross the yard! Private entrance to suite and access to our "Common Area' (which has a large living room, kitchenette with full size fridge and DW, 1/2 bath, W/D room that has all supplies furnished. Osage-Orange suite has a king tempurpedic bed with luxury linens, room darkening drapes, ceiling fan and table fan on side of the bed, 'smartTV', make-up table with lighted magnifying mirror and stool --- kitchenette is behind double doors in sitting area - PLEASE, enjoy all the goodies provided for your continental breakfast - has a small fridge (with juice, milk and butter), microwave, kcup coffee pot (with plenty of different coffees to choose from). coffee press, tea kettle, blender, electric fry pan, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, TV trays and much more --- sitting area has ceiling fan , fireplace, 'smartTV', electric reclining loveseat sofa (both sides), occasional chair, on the end table a bowl of chocolates (ENJOY) --- private bathroom has custom tiled spa shower with body jets and a waterfall/rain showerhead, shower seat and grab bars, fluffy bamboo towels, toilet is chair height with grab bar on wall, marble single sink vanity with large mirror, bath robes for our guests use. We love to do a little extra for our guests on 'THEIR SPECIAL DAY" so please let us know!!! Guest access There are 3 completely private suites in this Bungalow - EACH suite has their own lockable door to the 'Common Area'. This area is for all the guests to enjoy if they like. Many of our guests use this area to visit/relax for a 'girls' weekend, couples groups or family gettogether's, but still want a little of their own privacy/space! Also, for our guests to enjoy, there is a big outdoor patio, with comfy seating, umbrellas, fans and night lighting Other things to note Kerrville is a great base for motorcyclists, bicyclists and old car enthusiast - Texas Highway 39 hugs the Upper Guadalupe River, we are not actually on TX 39 BUT can serve as a great staging point for the rest of the Hill Country, no matter which direction you choose to go! We are close to Bandera, Leaky, Lost Maples State Park, Medina, Comfort, Ingram, Hunt, Fredericksburg, Luckenbach, Sisterdale, Boerne, the 'Three Twisted Sisters', etc.. You could even go on a day tour of the nearby wineries, breweries and distilleries - if you like, a limo will pick you up And drop you off right at our door! Come back and relax on the covered front porch, while watching the deer go by or even on the patio.
