Chalet in Disraeli

The CONTEMPORAINE DU LAC AYLMER (Reg. 303064) is located directly on the lakefront, with a 6-seater hot tub and indoor and outdoor wood fireplace. Six people can sleep comfortably in the 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 4 doubles). Very nice view of the swimming lake, very well-equipped kitchen, radiant floor, large quartz island, covered gallery, barbecue, dock, etc. Several activities possible and close to all services. No pets allowed. The space You will be charmed by the splendid lake view from the master bedroom as well as the living room and kitchen. On the dock, you will have a nice place to have your coffee in the morning. You will have access to 2 boats (1 single and 1 double kayak). We have the perfect place for water sports and you can fish directly from the dock. You can bring your boat and use the boat ramp at Disraeli Marina. Swimming is accessible by a ladder at the end of the dock or by the shore. The bottom of the water is mostly sandy with some small rocks at the entrance. There are sometimes some algae but we remove them regularly. Inside, the 55-inch smart TV in the living room and another in the master bedroom. Even if the outdoor space is very intimate when you are in the hot tub or on the covered terrace, calm and respect for the place are required for the respect of our neighbors and friends. The maximum number allowed is 6 people (city regulations). If a 7th person is present, there will be an additional fee. In addition, bedroom #2 will only have 1 queen size bed by the end of summer 2026. Parties and gatherings are not allowed. Dogs and smoking are not allowed. Nearby you will find IGA, SAQ, Marina, pharmacy, snowmobile and mountain bike trails as well as a new mini-golf course. We look forward to hosting you!
