The CONTEMPORAINE DU LAC AYLMER (Reg. 303064) is located directly on the lakefront, with a 6-seater hot tub and indoor and outdoor wood fireplace. Six people can sleep comfortably in the 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 4 doubles). Very nice view of the swimming lake, very well-equipped kitchen, radiant floor, large quartz island, covered gallery, barbecue, dock, etc. Several activities possible and close to all services. No pets allowed. The space You will be charmed by the splendid view of the lake from the master bedroom as well as from the living room and kitchen. On the dock, you will have a nice place to have your coffee in the morning. You will have access to 2 boats (1 single kayak and 1 double kayak). We have the perfect place for water sports, and you can fish directly from the dock. You can bring your boat and use the boat ramp at the Disraeli marina. Swimming is accessible via a ladder at the end of the dock or from the shore. The bottom of the water is mostly sandy with a few small rocks at the entrance. There is sometimes some algae, but we try to remove it regularly. Inside, there is a 55-inch smart TV in the living room and another in the master bedroom. Even though the outdoor space is very private when you are in the hot tub or on the covered terrace, calm and respect for the premises are required out of respect for our neighbors and friends. The maximum number allowed is 6 people (city regulations). There is an additional fee for any extra guests. Parties, gatherings, dogs and smoking are not allowed. Within a 15-minute drive, you have access to an IGA, SAQ, marina, pharmacy, mini-golf and restaurant. It's a great spot for snowmobiling or mountain biking. We look forward to hosting you!
