Two beds (& queen pull out in living room), washer/dryer, well stocked kitchen with dishwasher, wi-fi, TV, A/C, deck, BBQ, firepit & hot tub. Enjoy local attractions or stay in and unwind (<1hr to Sauble Beach, 35min to Blue Mountain Village, 25min to Beaver Valley or Georgian Peaks Ski Clubs). Suits small families, friends and couples. The space Enjoy the open but cozy space inside the cottage with ample space in the front and back yard for relaxing on the deck or by the fire pit. Guest access You have full access to the house and surrounding front and back yards with deck. Small public beach with water access is only 200m down the road. Bring your SUP, kayak or maybe just a beach chair! Other things to note Smoking & Pets – To keep the cottage fresh and enjoyable for all guests, smoking and pets are not permitted. Please note that violations of this policy may result in the loss of your security deposit to cover additional cleaning. Guests & Gatherings – The cottage is not suitable for parties. Only registered guests may stay overnight. If unregistered overnight guests or pets are present, the reservation will be cancelled and guests will be asked to leave. Lawn Care – A local gentleman comes by once a week to cut and trim the lawn. He is usually on the property for about an hour. Dryer Note – The cottage has a ventless dryer, which works differently than a traditional model. Clothes may take longer to dry and can feel slightly damp at the end of the cycle, but they will finish drying quickly if laid out.
