These repairs, mandated by Florida law following the 2024 milestone study, are crucial to maintaining the building’s safety and integrity. The work will primarily impact the staircases and balconies. Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5:30 PM, with no work on weekends. Repairs will last about one year. A discount off the nightly rate will be automatically applied.
